8 Personal Sessions of Yoga, Mindfulness Meditation and More customized towards achieving best of physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wellness. Our intention is to share the knowledge and practice of yoga as a lifestyle to bring more delight and divinity to every transaction we deal with in this life.
Each session offered at the comfort of your home or in person (following COVID Guidelines) for 90 Minutes duration which comprises a good mix of concept understanding, hands on practice, healing meditation and Q&A. Sessions are built on the proven framework of 7 Secrets to Personal Excellence, Chittapawan Yog (Mind Body Purification), Kaya Yoga and many evidence based practice of yoga, pranayama, meditation, mindfulness, vedanta and Sri Aurobindo’s Integral Yoga and Life Divine. We will also offer more online group sessions and audio videos for personal practice to bring about a delightful experience for Body, Mind and Soul.
This package can be customized to suit the need of the students in terms of duration, online/in person and daily practice of meditation. We encourage to practice daily guided meditation for 15 mins for 30 days for a strong foundation of yama and niyamas (yogic principles of a balanced life).
