Out of the Full 12 Sessions, we will choose the most appropriate 5 Sessions to Start with and then as we see the Interest and Results we will progress towards the remaining sessions.
Here are the details Twelve Weeks Duration. This is a very special Course designed and offered by Yoga Master Manoj Joshi based on his 4 decades of experience as an Environmental Scientist, Software Engineer, Yoga and Mindfulness Guru and a Life Coach. Very result oriented and evidenced based this Self Management and Healing program has helped over One Thousand Cases already and would be a game changer for you.
It includes the following aspects:
- 12 Personal Sessions offered online using Zoom Video or Phone or in person in our Fremont Center for 60 to 90 minutes duration.
- Every week there will be guided programs for Self Practice for 20 minutes, preferably two times a day. The client would receive precise guidelines how to do those activities through audio/video support.
- There is a Three Months of Yoga Practice offered either Online through a Streaming Service or in person in our Fremont Center.
- One account will be assigned to contact over text/email or phone for any question or guidance for a limited time duration and also depending on the case. We aim at helping our clients as best as possible with our decades of knowledge and experience in Self Care, Self Help and Self Management to bring holistic health and healing. The client is expected to maintain an online logging system and keep it open for active interaction with the Coach.
- Here is a sample list of Sessions, although more will be customized as we go through each session to ensure the best results possible.
- Every personal session would be for one Hour which will have 15 mins of concept sharing, 15 mins of demonstration of new techniques, 15 mins of Yoga Nidra and Reiki/pranashakti Healing and some time for Q&A. You need to have a commitment for a Daily Practice for at least 10-15 mins twice daily for better results.
- Week 1: Review of Goal Setting and Advanced Mantra Initiation: We will review the previous Goal, assess the effectiveness of the previous reinforcement Breathing Strategy SSLDC and compliment that with an advanced technique of cosmic energy ball launching and meditation
- Week 2: Review Stretching Techniques from Toes to Head: Teach some advanced Acupressure points for Better functioning of Brain, Focus, Retention, Memory, Self Confidence etc
- Week 3: Review and Reinforce the Importance of Deep Breathing: Explain the Basic Building Block of Yoga Principles (Yamas and Niyamas), the 5 Layers -Pancha Kosha, Right Formula for Breathing -SSLDC, Many other important Pranayama techniques such as Square Breathing, Sahaj Pranayma, Ujjayi Breathing, Bhramari Pranayam etc.
- Week 4: Brain Balancing: Explain the Left/Right Brian Functioning, why mood swing happens, how to balance the left (logical), right (creative), front (intellectual) and back (spiritual) components, teach the special breathing technique and perform a spiritual healing initiation and the corresponding meditation. You will be given a audio track for daily practice of Brain Balancing and Tuning for excessive stress and anxiety management.
- Week 5: Talk on Diet and Nourishment: More in-depth understanding on principles and practices of Yoga, Naturopathy and Ayurvedic tips on Diet, Dinacharya, Hydration Factor, Sleep Pattern etc. Some special food will be recommended. We refer to the Nature Cure Book by Dr Binodini Devi.
- Week 6: Cleansing Techniques: Learning the Yogic Shat-Karma (6 Fold Cleansing Program) and practice of Jalaneti, Kapalbhati, Simhasana, Tratak Practice for functional improvement of Eyes, Mind and Speech
- Week 7: Mindfulness Based Healing: Practical understanding and application of Mindfulness, How to do Super Brain Yoga for Building Focus and Determination, 10 Step Mindful Yoga Practice, Tibetan Rites for Better Focus and Discipline, Formal and Informal Mindfulness Practice for Gratitude, Appreciation, Forgiveness and Expecting Positive Results.
- Week 8: Reprogram the Mind: Concept and Practice: Special Focus on Mental and Spiritual Health with a Customized Healing Meditation, Understanding of 7 Major Energy Systems in our Body situated on our Spine known as Chakras, 56 Question Chakra Test and Remedies for Balancing the Affected Chakras.
- Week 9: Pranashakti Healing for Unknown Diseases: Special Focus on Energy Healing (Onsite or Remote) with a Special Shri Guru Puja Havan/Yagna (Optional) and Healing Meditation for many unknown diseases where there is no medical evidence of any specific problem, but the person experiences pain and suffering. We explore some deeper spiritual and somewhat mystical concepts from ancient practices.
- Week 10: Power of Positive Thinking: Tools and Techniques for Managing Stress, Anxiety, Depression, Fear and Negative Thinking through a series of practical tools that reinforces our ability to think Positive and Build a “Can Do Attitude” in life.
- Week 11: Sound Resonance, Mantra Chanting for a Wholesome Mind: Sectional Breathing with 4 Mudras with A, U M and Om Sound Vibration, 12 Special Mantra Chanting. Understanding the Scientific aspects of Om, Gayatri Mantra and other 12 Important Healing Mantras and build a Strategy how to use the Power of Mantra, Yantra and Tantra as the Software, Hardware and the Technology respectively to ensure Total Health, True Happiness, Unconditional Love and Unlimited Success in Life.
- Week 12: Awaken Your Reality and Manifest all Your Desires Just Like Magic: This would be a summary of all sessions with more subtle and advanced tips and help the clients to lead a holistic living with the knowledge and experience gained in this program and offer more practice tools very customized for specific needs to Let Go, Transform and Move Forward in life.
