Manojji’s yoga class is exercise from head to toe…literally. His classes will teach you how to relax as well as invigorate both your mind and body through breathing exercises, stretching, and strengthening. He has a very friendly and gentle demeanor that is evident in the atmosphere for his classes. The classes themselves are unintimidating with a relaxed environment. We work hard and challenge our bodies in class, while still laughing and enjoying ourselves. I really enjoy attending these classes and am already reaping the benefits.
